This web page will be continuously updated with information about the transition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"toc\" class=\"uwsa-toc callout hidden-print\"><\/div><style>@media (min-width: 768px) {#toc { max-width: 50%} <\/style><script>jQuery(document).ready(function() {\n \t\t\t\t\tgenerateTOC(\"2026 Vendor Change: FSA, HSA, Parking &amp; Transit\", \"\", \"div.entry-content\" ,1 ,\"true\", \"toc\");\n \t\t\t\t\t });<\/script>\n<h2>Summary<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC)<\/strong> is the new third-party administrator for the FSA, HSA, and Parking &amp; Transit Accounts effective<strong> January 1, 2026<\/strong>. This change was approved by the Group Insurance Board (GIB) early 2025. Below is a list of the accounts that TASC will administer starting January 1, 2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)<\/li>\n<li>Limited Purpose Health Care FSA<\/li>\n<li>Dependent Day Care Account<\/li>\n<li>Health Savings Account (HSA)<\/li>\n<li>Parking &amp; Transit Accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optum will no longer be the third-party administrator after December 31, 2025. However, health care FSA claims <strong>incurred for the 2025 plan year must be submitted to and substantiated with Optum by March 31, 2026<\/strong>. To avoid the payroll withholding process, participants should resolve their unsubstantiated claims with Optum by December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"cfct-module uwsa-rich-text\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"cfct-mod-content copy\"><h2>Communications<\/h2>\n<p>The communications sent to participants with active accounts are below.
