agency<\/em> from the Universities of Wisconsin or <em>transfer to the Universities of Wisconsin<\/em> from a State of Wisconsin agency, your benefits will end the last day of the month in which your transfer occurs. You must take action with your new employer <strong>within 30 days<\/strong> of the start of your new position to maintain your benefits.<\/p>\n<h2>Maintaining Benefits When Transferring<\/h2>\n<p>To maintain your benefit enrollments for the following benefit plans through your new state agency position or your new Universities of Wisconsin position, you must submit your enrollments within 30 days of your start date:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>State Group Health Insurance*<\/li>\n<li>Dental Insurance (includes uniform, preventive, select, and select plus plans)*<\/li>\n<li>Vision Insurance*<\/li>\n<li>State Group Life Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Accident Insurance*<\/li>\n<li>Income Continuation Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Flexible Spending Account*<\/li>\n<li>Health Savings Account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*If you have less than a 30-day break in service between transferring state agencies, you must continue the same plans and coverage levels with the new agency.<\/p>\n<p>You may change or cancel coverage midyear for the following plans:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>State Group Life Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Income Continuation Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Health Savings Account (contributions only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To review which plans you are currently enrolled in log into Workday (<a href=\"http:\/\/myworkday.wisconsin.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">myworkday.wisconsin.edu<\/a>). Once in Workday, from the Menu in the upper left go to Personal, then select Benefits and Pay. In the Suggested Links, select\u00a0<em>My Insurance Benefits<\/em>\u00a0to access the benefits enrollment system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"cfct-module uwsa-tabs-accordions\">\n\t\t\t\t    <div class=\"bs-accordion \">\n            <div class=\"accordion-all-buttons\">\n          <a href=\"#\" class=\"accordions-showall btn btn-primary btn-xs\" role=\"button\" data-panel=\"ltmmg\"><span class=\"uw-resize-full\">Open All<\/span><\/a>\n        <\/div>\n        <div id=\"ltmmg\" class=\"panel-group\">\n        \n            <div class=\"panel panel-default \" id=\"panel_leave-benefits\">\n    <div class=\"panel-heading\" id=\"heading_leave-benefits\">\n        <h4 class=\"panel-title\"><button href=\"#leave-benefits\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" class=\"collapsed panel-link\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"leave-benefits\">Leave Benefits<\/button><\/h4>    <\/div>\n    <div id=\"leave-benefits\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\"  role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading_leave-benefits\" role=\"region\">\n        <div class=\"panel-body copy\">            \n            \n        <p>Your accumulated <em>sick leave<\/em> hours will transfer to the State agency or Universities of Wisconsin.<\/p><p>Your earned <em>vacation<\/em> and <em>banked leave hours<\/em> may transfer. Accepting vacation and banked leave is at the discretion of the hiring authority. If hours are not accepted by the State agency or Universities of Wisconsin, they will be paid out as a lump sum by the employer you are leaving.<\/p><p>Unused <em>Personal Holiday<\/em> hours will be paid out as a lump sum by the employer you are leaving.<\/p>                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n            <div class=\"panel panel-default \" id=\"panel_wisconsin-retirement-system-account\">\n    <div class=\"panel-heading\" id=\"heading_wisconsin-retirement-system-account\">\n        <h4 class=\"panel-title\"><button href=\"#wisconsin-retirement-system-account\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" class=\"collapsed panel-link\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"wisconsin-retirement-system-account\">Wisconsin Retirement System Account<\/button><\/h4>    <\/div>\n    <div id=\"wisconsin-retirement-system-account\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\"  role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading_wisconsin-retirement-system-account\" role=\"region\">\n        <div class=\"panel-body copy\">            \n            \n        <p>The Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) covers all eligible state employees.
