away you will need to update your benefits to remove your dependent <strong>within 30 days of the death<\/strong> and apply for any death benefits available.<\/p>\n<h2>How Benefits are Affected<\/h2>\n<p>Information specific to each benefit plan can be accessed below.<\/p>\n<p>To review which plans you are currently enrolled in log into Workday (<a href=\"http:\/\/myworkday.wisconsin.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">myworkday.wisconsin.edu<\/a>). Once in Workday, from the Menu in the upper left go to Personal, then select Benefits and Pay. Zurich must receive the claim form within 90 days of death.<\/p><p>If you have Family coverage, and you have no other eligible dependents (spouse, domestic partner, or children), update your coverage to Employee Only Coverage.
